why pidge is special to me
So, Pidge Gunderson has been a huge factor in my understanding of who I am. At the start of the show, she is portrayed as a boy, but it's revealed that she's a girl. This wasn't my exact situation, but it helped me figure out that I wasn't comfortable with who I am.
I recently re-watched Voltron as the final season is coming out soon, and just seeing Pidge made me understand that she was one of the biggest reasons I questioned who I was.
So that's why she's my favorite character. She helped me figure out WHY I hated my given pronouns and name. So for that, I love her.
