Hey there everybody. I just tried to make a skin based off the character Pell from the Anime One Piece. Its difficult to find pictures of him because he is a bit of a leser character. This is about the best I could find.
Anyway This is my attempt:
It looks awful compared to some of the other skins around =/ How can I improve it? Why does it look so bad?
