Skin help

I seem to be having trouble uploading a new skin.

I tried to put on this skin. if you'll look you'll see it uses the "extra head textures" to add more hair and the green hat. However when I upload it, it only applies the regular head textures, but ot the extra ones. I end up with a hatless link with less hair.

I've tried remote upload and downloading and uploading it.

Also I've tried putting on other skins with extra head textures, and they work just fine.
