Have you ever wanted to make your own skin?
But you dont know how?
Well in this little forum post im gonna show you the basic steps of making a skin.
Step 1: Figure out what skin you wanna make. (An existing Char. Something you make up. Doesnt matter)
Step 2: You need a program for making your skin. The one i use is: SkinEdit It's very simple, but yet awesome.
Step 3: Start of with drawing out a base.
(The best way to learn SkinEdit is just to play around with the diffrent buttons)
Step 4: Add some details (Like Hair, A bit of shading, etc)
Step 5: Accessories, (Hats, Watches, Anything you like)
Step 6: (Last Step) Texturing. This can be done in two ways, Do it by hand. Or by using the noise tool in SkinEdit
(Edit>Add Noise)
And there you go! Your very own skin.
