I use SkinEdit, a Skin editing program that supports Alpha 3 transparency. I can make ANY skin you desire. To see my creations, go to: http://www.minecraftskins.com/ and type in the search bar: uglyducklng :and check out skins I've made.
You should check those skins, before you request a skin, so you can determine weather or not you like my style of skins. So, let the games begin.
