Automatic 3D model generation of Skin

Hello

For a project I'm working on I'm looking for any software that takes a Minecraft skin file or image and can generate a 3D model (even 2D will work).


I wish for users to be able to upload their own skins and have a preview of it automatically generated

If possible I'd rather not to this by hand due to the sheer number of uploads
