The commander of the Dragoons of Baron, following in his father's footsteps.
He is a long-time friend and rival of Cecil Harvey, especially for the love of Rosa Farrell. After being mind controlled by Golbez and kidnapping Rosa, he resolves to climb Mt. Ordeals and undertake the trial to become a Holy Dragoon.
