A prim and proper musician. Octavia is based from a pony in MLP:FiM SE1EP26, who I hope will eventually have a speaking line (I know it's asking for a bit much). But I do hope to see more of Octavia, she's pretty!
Oh yeah, she's in a human form, but that's the usual with my skins. Enjoy!
