Smiles From Across The Street

This skin actually comes from a weird story from my child hood. When I used to live in New York I lived in a quad by the side of queens and across the street there you used to be this guy that sat in his front lawn all day. Yes you may see that as normal but here's the catch He used to wear a full frontal costume that as previously stated only covered the front (And yes he wore clothes behind it) and I distinctly remember the mask had a smiley face (which I converted to awesome face) and he also had like a strap looking clock on the chest. Well thats pretty much my tale for this Skin!
