I DID IT! FINALLY!

I swear I've had like 4 or 5 failed scout skins, and I finally finished one.
I feel like this one is a hell-ova-lot better than the first one, I got the bag
right this time, so that makes it better, so...

I'll have a new BLU scout up in about 20 minutes or so, -recoloring-
