I was wondering if any of you out there could make me two different skins. A One Direction skin, and a Hunger Games Tribute Skin.

For the Hunger Games skin, I would like a District 4 Tribute skin. Since district 4 is the fishing district, I would like her to have brown straight hair with bangs, blue eyes, and a fair colored skin. I would like her to be wearing something you would think you would wear during the games like a pair of pants, a shirt, and a jacket. If you can, can you make her hold something like a knife or a bow and arrow?
