Recently I realised that you can change your skin to someone else with no download. Al you need is this. http://www.minecraft.net/profile/skin/remote?url=http://www.minecraft.net/skin/[USERNAME].png .
Just put the username in the [USERNAME] bit and Bob's your uncle, you've grabbed a skin!
