Steps for doing this:
1. Download the creeper skin here: http://www.mediafire...0yj7edifvbm23h2
2.Go to your minecraft folder ( I only know how to do this on a mac Go to library, then app support then minecraft )
3.Go to bin
4. For mac, change minecraft.jar into minecraft.zip and use the archiver to turn it to a folder then rename it MInecraft.jar
For Windows use 7-zip
5. Go to mob folder then store the creeper pic somewhere and place the blue creeper pic there. IF THE BLUE CREEPER FILE NAME IS NOT Creeper.png THEN IT WILL NOT WORK
