I've looked around and found a few Matt skins, but I haven't really found one that I liked much. I hope posting here with a few guidelines will get me a skin I can be happy with.
~~Guidelines~~
First, I'd prefer the fan coloring, which is a black and white striped shirt with red-ish hair (instead of the anime coloring which is red and black shirt with brown hair)
Second, I'd prefer the jacket open if possible as it is in this picture (which also has the proper colors.)
Lastly I think I'd prefer the goggles sitting on forehead (Probably in the hat layer), instead of having him actually wear 'em. No need for him to have a cig in the texture as well.
