I am not the greatest at making skins. I have looked around and have yet to find a skin of this particular person that looks good enough. If there's anyone who is exceptional at making skins it would be much appreciated. I want a skin based off of chatterer from the Hellraiser movies. I've only seen two so far and they were far from par. Please someone help me
