I can do mob skin for a texture pack
The More complex the skin the longer it will take
I do have a process I make a base with skin craft(clothing etc.) and I then add details my self with MC skin here is some examples
Here is a little texture mod that makes armor invisible so you can see your pretty skin and still be protected
