My best shot at an Azelf skin. It's good when you consider the fact that all skins are kind of a blocky style. This is not a requested skin. I just felt like making it.I tried to put transparency in it but the uploader wouldn't let me. Keep that in mind when you rate it or whatever. Subscibe and give diamond if you like it! :D
