Who really was the BOSS in the Hunger Games. It was Caesar Flickerman, so I designed him and he looks really similar to the Stanley Tucci played character Caesar. The Hunger Games describes Caesar Flickerman as the host for the Hunger Games. He is famous for turning any conversation around for the positive, and is known to change the color of his lips, hair, and eyelids for each Hunger Games. I'm also hosting a Hunger Games [Custom Plugin] server, it should be on PMC within a couple of days or feel free to message me if you want to get on early.
