This is Capt. Marko Ramius of the film The Hunt for Red October by Tom Clancy. He is my entry into the July Skin Contest "Book and Movie Skin Characters".
Bio -
Marko Ramius was the Captain of the Red October and officer of the Soviet Navy. He is one of the main protagonists in Tom Clancy's The Hunt for Red October (1984) and the film of the same name (released in 1990). The story is about Ramius' defection from the Soviet Union to the United States whilst commanding the new Typhoon-class submarine mentioned before, with a new stealth propulsion system called a Caterpillar Drive. Jack Ryan, a diplomatic attaché working with the CIA, discovers what Ramius is trying to do with the Red October and tries to assist its passage to the United States. The film is much the same as the novel with Marko Ramius played by Sean Connery and Jack Ryan played by Alec Baldwin.
