Hey PMC! This is my Synthetic Human for the Cyberpunk contest.
It was a dark year when D9001 was constructed. The war against the robots had pushed the humans to all extreme and eventually to the point of enhancing themselves with technology. The D9001 is not even human any longer, all human body parts were replaced by synthetic organs and skin.This has made it the ultimate warrior...
The rain was completely drowned out by the barrage of gunfire and explosions. The battlefield strewn with bodies and machines clawing for a vain chance of survival. Eventually all the humans bled and the robots fell apart, but a few remained and others joined the fight. One day, out of the mists rose a new construction, something the robots had never seen before. It was tall with large gleaming eyes, and was plastered with a thin layer of pulsing green skin. It's arms growing silvery and glowing with an ethereal light. It fixed it's eyes on the closest non-living intelligence and ripped it limb from limb, spraying oil and electronics in every direction. It turned it's head and fixed its gaze on yet another robot and gave it a similar burial.
The humans cheered as the D9001 crushed, ripped, and snapped through the robot lines and received only a few shells hitting its body. But it remained intact, the explosion simply burning off the synthetic skin. The robots began to fight more desperately than ever and resorted to extreme tactics, although they were continually disrupted by the D9001 which had been nicknamed "The Savior" by the troops who fought along side it.
