Horace Tekk Mk IV

Horace Tekk (Mk IV) is a combat robot, with a coating made from a compound of fiberglass, titanium, rubber, and Kevlar. Horace Tekk was made for law enforcement. Horace uses technologically advanced Kinetics and Physics simulators for pinpoint accuracy with any weapon, even with a mustard seed. While he cannot anticipate his targets moving, he can observe his targets muscles moving in seemingly slow motion, and act accordingly.

His "Muscles" are an advanced form of automail. Unfortunately, this requires constant flow of highly conductive gel. His "Heart" pumps this gel through his "veins" and into his appendages. Because the gel is highly conductive, no excessive wiring is required, and his circuit systems are simple. The gel changes color based on charge. Feet are Medium-Precision, so they are Green. Hands are Hi-Precision, so they are red. His "Heart" is Lo-Precision, so it is Yellow. His eyes are Extreme-Precision, making them a severe Blue.

While not in his "Veins" the gel is carried through titanium pipes, which are surprisingly flexible, and plasma resistant. However, this is the most vulnerable part of his body, while still (in theory) impenitrable.
