Based off the Fallout 3 weapon technology of plasma rifles, this armor is constantly pumping amphetamized goo into the back of his head. This radiation causes you to see enemies life energy through walls. Also V.A.T.S system is unlimited and more accurate than ever. The only way to cut him off from this advantage is to sever the cord going to his head.
