Runescape Skin: Party Pete White Party Hat

Party Pete is coming to Minecraft.
In Runescape there are some super rare items. One Being the Party Hat. With the next few skins we are making there will be the multi colored party hats seen around. As we make the party hats we decided the best person in runescape to represent this is Party Pete himself.
