Sherombiepigreeper is a Skeleton Herobrine Zombie and Creeper combined. This creature was created in a dungeon. What happened is a Skeleton Zombie and Creeper spawners all spawned at the same spot. They all got combined. Then one of them got killed by Herobrine and became part Herobrine.
