One of my original characters, Neura. She's actually pretty demented and dark, but hey... She's cute. I figured she'd make a cute skin here :3 I have a weird feeling I forgot something, so if you see anything please tell me. Buuuuut... Yes! White is the theme! I was really worried she'd be too pastel but I think it didn't turn out bad. Please enjoy!
