Suoh Mikoto is the red king , leader of Homura , the red clan.
He is one of the 7 kings that lead 7 different clans.
If anyone wants to join the Homura clan , they have to shake hands with Mikoto while his hand is engulfed in flames.
If you're not effected by the flames , then they become an official member of the clan.
