T.P.T. - Tesla Powered Trooper

This robot was created by the Russian Secret Lab shortly after their first test.T.P.T. 1 was having some technical difficulties,and they shut him down.The Russian Secret Lab workers designed T.P.T. 2.When his body and his head was ready,they powered him in accident.He waked up saying:
Where am I? Who are you?
The little robot got shut down.Due to a smart keep energy program,T.P.T. 2 had some energy to power himself on,and that was his choice.He waked up,crawiling with his un-finished hands.He found a old robot,and scraped him up,taking his legs for his own use.T.P.T. 2 escaped the Russian Secret Lab,then found his brother,at a mass trash incinerating facility.He took his Tesla launchers,and he leaved.T.P.T. 2 now looks for revenge for his older brother.Every day,every night,he carves deeper into the Russian territory,looking for the 50 workers that maked and shut down his brother.
