This is a Turtle Island Designer. Masters of design, Creators of Art. Most the beauty of the Islands once was nothing more than a thought in the back of a Designer's head. They are often put in charge of creating city structures along with helpers from the Contractor Workforce. Some however may be found solo reviving small parts of the town into no lights.
