Well about the PMCSA Elite member part, I decided I want to try again, so I made a new skin to try it with!
So here it is! I plan on shading my skins from now on, but my fans do like Blocky skins so I will do both, Before I shade I will make it blocky, upload it, then shade it! Hopefully this one gets accepted.
