To all those who want to know how to get a FREE skin then all you have to do is follow my step by step guide here.
1st - Go to ----> http://www.minecraftskins.com/
2nd - Pick the skin you desire and click "download to computer"
3rd - Ok now go to your "Downloads Folder" or (wherever your download location is) and as you see the file you downloaded is a "PNG Image"
4th - Click on the file, click F2 
or just simply right click and rename the file to EXACTLY this "char"
5th - Open your ".minecraft" Folder
6th - Open "bin"
7th - Now open up your "minecraft" jar with "7ZIP" OR "Winrar"
8th - Open the "mob" folder
9th - DELETE the "char.png" Image
10th - Now drag the file you renamed to "char" and drop it into your "mob" folder in the minecraft jar and there you go, free minecraft skin:)!
