Just a few simple rules:
-No emails. I will post the link on this forum.
-No inapropriate skins
-Please include picture (optional)
-No skins that have already been made. If they are yours and you would like me to edit them that is fine.
I use the Skindex's editor. Please do not hate on me, this is the fastest way to make your skin (10-20 mins max)
