I've been trying to change my skin for a while, but I neve succeded. I use a Cracked version of Minecraft, and whenever I try to change my Skin (replacing the char.png file) I still get this guy:
And when I reinstalled Minecraft and took a look at the char file, it was Steve, but the same guy appeared everywhere.
