Allons-y! It's the 10th Doctor, David Tennant.
This Doctor is probably the coolest looking. He just is. I didn't like his episodes as much as Matt Smith's though. So yes. My second favorite Doctor.
As for the skin, the colors I used for the blue suit still don't look right. Ugh. But all in all I like it.
I added a little 10th Doctor's sonic screwdriver on the skin image, lol... which is blue. And so are diamonds. I like blue. (That was not a plug for diamonds at all...)
