This is a kid that was a test subject in the laboratory in the arctic.
He became a mutant by Professor Chil,
"He is a mutant! AAAH! Get him out of here! *kicks out*"
Professor Chil moved his lab to the desert leaving the mutant kid in the snow... cold... lonely.
