Like all the other nymphs and goddesses that had a relationship with Zeus, Caecuse was cursed by Hera. Caecuse's eyelids were sewn together leaving scars and her hair simply fell out. She was also muted of all sounds except horrible screeches and screams. She now uses echo location to find obstacles and living things. She befriended the people of the unseen and uses them against the seeing. She currently resides on the Crete island of Greece . Occasionally, She and her minions drag people to her lair and transforms them in the a person of the unseen.
