This is Captain Roc. He was part of Regimate 512 before he was KIA in the battle of Glowstonia. Part of the UNSC he was equipped with high-tech armor and weapons that allowed him to kill with ease. His armor was relatively light and provided great protection.

This skin may look different from all my others. This is because,since this is a contest,I would do some shading and try my best. I'm saying this so people don't suspect that I used noise.
