Orbital Industries bought many companies to spread their power amongst the world. Cinaca Corporation, before bought by OI, was a secret company that made special suits for the Military to use in fighting against the hostiles of the Overworld. One of these suits (and most popular) was the CPS, a suit made of flexible carbon fiber that would dull the explosive force of a Creeper's explosion to improve survival rates. It also came with a scanner that could be put over the right eye to scan for Creepers. Once OI bought Cinica Corp. these suits were used with a Creepers body to make the first ever Hugatrons.

Cinica Corp., however sent out some of the last versions of the CPS to underground merchants and are still being sold....if you know where to look....
