Looking him in the eyes is an instant death. Looking in a different kind of way like in a mirror, or through glass, paralyzes you until you are driven mad. He wears a hood because he usually scares the life out of people, not having to look at them. Turn off the "hat" for the death stare. All you can do is hide and pray he doesn't find you. Only known survive of his attack was a village looking at his back while it was chasing a(now dead) old man.
