Dr. Timothy Toberius Toiletwater was a rather strict dentist who took dental hygiene very seriously, and started experimenting with robotic dental equipment that could be worn on the arm. Seing this wasn't enough, he infused his skin with toothbrush atoms, and became a living toothbrush. He now brushes teeth with his white bristly 'hair'.This is also an example of what happens when you try to make a skin while your younger sibling is watching cartoons.
