Yes, the shield thing-y is on both arms. The arm's can't be different from each other. :L
This is a Gundam, which is a giant robot thingy. =c
As a kid, I had seen many of these in many places, and I had a few small ones myself. Can't remember exactly which kind/color it was, but yea. :P
