Hei is the main character in my favorite action anime Darker Than Black. For those of you who haven't seen this amazing show, Hei has the power to control electricity and shock his opponents. He's probably the most awesome character in the history of television and I HIGHLY recommend watching the show. Anyway he's a pic of him from the show and please if you like it diamond and if you have a suggestion a comment would be nice.
