This is my version of a skin for Neptune, the CPU of Planeptune. This also happens to be the skin I'll be using on my server, Hyperdimension Neptunia: mkMC. Click here to visit the server's PMC page.
I might edit this a bit to fix up the hair, but for the most part, the skin is 100% complete!! Please feel free to leave any feedback. I'm also willing to take requests! :)
