Hey Everyone! This skin is for Kefka's Contest! Its the Koopa Troopa, from Super Mario Bros 3!
I made this Skin for Kefka's Video Game Sprite Contest. I used both the Gargantua Koopa Sprite and the Normal Koopa Sprite when creating my skin. Thanks to Kefka for hosting the contest!
