I love Elfen Lied.It's the best anime EVER.No joke.And I decided to make a skin of Lucy/Nyu :( I want them to make a second season DX Because apparently Lucy isn't dead :O Well whatever, hope you guys enjoy, because I enjoyed the challenge of making this skin ^o^
