The Ortobians inhabit Planet 77 of the Noturn Galactic Space Government. Their main resource is bending lava into amazing sculptures for all 128 planets under the rule of the government. This Ortobian is a lava gatherer, hence his metal suit. After they gather the resources for the sculptures the elders join together to bend the lava into intricate shapes and then cast many spells upon it to hold it into place....
