Yeah, I bet you can tell I haven't made a skin in a Loooong time, so I cut to the chase. Rieklings are goblin-like creatures that once were ice elves, they live in tribes and are sometimes ruled by Frost-giants like Karstaag. They were first introduced in a patch for Morrowind called Bloodmoon.
