AKA that one science chick with the jet pack. This is one character I know next to nothing of other than SCIENCE and JETPACK. So here she is. Rikako is a playable character from PoDD.
Also as for the random white specks, I have NO idea what is causing that, the png I currently have open in front of me doesn't have that at all. I'll try to fix it eventually though if it doesn't fix I'll just post an imgur link to the png instead.
