He is "special". He wears Merrals, cargo camo army shorts/pants, a cool shirt, water wings for when he eats soup, gloves so he doesn't get hurt, glasses because he can't stand the sun for too long, a collar with a tag in case he gets lost, a helmet so he doesn't fall off his stroller, and a bad rash on his legs.
