Description from original post (created 2013-06-28 21:44):

This is my entry for the skin contest. As a notation I'm not trying to win (also not saying I wouldn't like to win). I skin on PMC for fun and because after finishing a skin I feel a sense of accomplishment. Also note that I may continue this skin a bit, add some details, add more shading etc...

so here's the story (based on real advances in computer technology)

Story

Long ago in the time of 1822 Charles Babbage created the first make-shift computer. Birthing Techno, weak as he was at the time techno was considered a full god and treated with divine respect, for the other gods knew his potential and did not want to anger him. To this day he can't remember those early years up until 1837. When mankind gave him the power of memory. He remained that way for years till one nerd living in his parents living room, by the name of Konrad Zeus was hired by Zeus to create a way to control him. He did so by making him programmable. In 1943 Zeus struck Techno with a lightning bolt in an attempt to destroy him, but before he died a human saved him by making him electrically powered. That human was named Tommy Flowers. Ever since he with the help of human innovators has advanced to become the god of today's modern PCs, Macs etc...
