The Thalmor are form the Aldmeri Dominion that have a big enough control of the Empire then the Empire, they are the reason why Talos Worship is outlawed, they are snobby annoying irritating high and mighty Altmer or High elves, They are just as annoying as Cliff racers. the skin had more to it but it some of it had to be removed such as the hood hope you like the skin.
